100 % links up for me as a pro-members

I don't quite understand what is the meaning of "60% links x 100% links".

I'm sorry for not being very knowledgeable about those matters.

Does that me3an CB Topsites will put 100 % links up for me as a pro-member
and only 60% if not?

I have CB Topsites' links on my 3 websites. But they are new and just
one of them is starting to get a little traffic.

Also, I just started building Squidoo lenses to improve my traffic on
the sites.

In regards to Squidoo, can I advertise CB products on Squidoo?
