When we submit our article to a article directory they publish it in a webpage.Most article directories pay money to the writer when article webpage get more views.Do we want to submit the url of our article webpage to the search engine to get more views?

I'll say yes, most of article submission i know has this. You can start writing new article and when you done, send them to article submission site and leave link to your blog post

Generally, when you add a new article to an article directory, they publish it in a page of its own, the next time search engines webcrawlers crawl that directory they will notice that new page (your article) and add it automatically to the search engine data base. So it would be redundant, and perhaps couterproducing, to manually add your published article to search engines.
