How do I put a 468x60 ad banner throughout my blog on blogger?

I am using a template called Revolution Church

here is a picture:http://btemplates.com/2008/12/26/revolution-church/



it has a banner at the top and then in between each post. I would really like to utulize these but do not know how!

Go to Edit HTML Section of Layout. Expand it and find there. You can see my Blog for help. It is of just look alike of your Blog.
