Ofcourse you can got to the relevant directory and sub directory and then click on Submit site button.,..after choosing the option Non Profit Site.

You can submit any site for profit or not for profit for free.

The problem with yahoo directory is that when you want them to do something for free, it can take a very long time (months) if they even process your request.

Why you are submitting non profit website in yahoo directory any body done it for profit but why u done with out profit i cant understand that why you are waisting time for that ...........i cant help you if you want to know more so just contact to given url below ..................................
