How to submit it to famous search engines like YAHOO or GOOGLE

By submitting it will i get more visitors?

If not can you tell me other ways of getting visitors to my site?

My friend before you start submitting to yahoo or google, You have to learn SEO first, this would help you and your website get more traffic.
