Use dhtml there are many dhtml creators out there just search free dhtml creators and find the one thats best for you.

I use this site http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ and it's free. I use this to create sitemaps that I submit to the search engines. If your looking to add it directly to your blog site, i'm not sure if this site will help.
