What is Contextual Link Building and How it's Done?

I've heard about Contextual Link Building, but I'm not exactly sure what it is. Is it a good way to get backlinks? How do I do it?

It is inserting a hyperlink within a paragraph, therefore related keywords are linked to linked URL. Usually it is used within blog and it helps the targeted site's SERP a lot. In order to do that, you'll have to negotiate blog owners to write a good content with link about your site in their blog.
