Do I Need A Business License and Trade Name?

I was wondering since this is an affiliate program and I new to this, do we need to get a business license and a fictional trade name to run this kind of business. I live in Florida and they require this stuff but it seems more for those that originally own their own website and nothing about being an affiliate. Can someone help me out on this?

In order to become an affiliate and earn money online using online marketing, i think you may not require a business licence or a trade name.
