How much link building is enough in a months?

I mean when someone ask you what is the no. of links you submit in a month then what would be the correct answer?

It doesn't matter though, it does matter how many quality link you build in a month. I prefer to build 10 quality link then building 100000... links in a month. Hope i gave you the best answer.
