Website Issues - Need one soon!!?

I'm totally useless at web design but i need a website soon! Does anywhere make them (tailor made) for free??

You get what you pay for, if you need one then pay for it and get a good one. If you are not willing to pay for it, get Microsoft Front Page and design it yourself but you still have to pay for hosting.

Maybe a template site but NEVER EVER a tailor made one. No one is going to commit 3 days to someone else for free....so they can make money.

Sorry to sound like an @$$ but even when someone offers me $500-1000 bucks for a tailor made website, I laugh at them and tell them to go find somebody in India.
