there is a listing on eBay that gets you a feedback point guaranteed, does anyone know of another way out there?

The best way to obtain genuine feedback is to provide your customer with genuine value, whether it is from an ebook or a physicle product.
Remember feedback can be read by the customer, and I for one would not be impressed with feedback from items sold that have no value.

Communication with the buyer will also ensure good feedback.Sometimes just good old fashioned manners work a treat.
I for one would not buy the picture of the plane as it makes me feel that I am helping you cheat the system and therefore the customers on ebay.Give the customer value for money and they will recomend you and also come back. Get some good quality ebooks that you can sell again and again. People love Information.
