Google adwords can be very challenging. it takes a lot of tweaking of your keywords and lots of patience to make it work. As a beginner there will be a learning process.. So i suggest you start by reading a few books to learn how to use it properly so you won't waste tons of money on it. Below are 2 great resources that i would recommend to start you off.
