I'm looking for a good web design company in the St. Louis area actually looking for Alton, IL but STL is closest big city. I want to make a website for my small business and I've got a few innovative ideas I want to put onto the site and would need help with. Also looking for a good web hosting service.

You should try designing your website yourself. Its very easy. I use GoDaddy to design my websites and host them. They have great customer service and are inexpensive.
