What are the best ways to attract visitors to a web site?

Are the Guaranteed 1st Page On Google offers legit. How about PPC or is that a waste of money? Any new ideas I should try to increase traffic?

Hi,

PPC is not a waste of money as long as you know what you're doing. There's a lot of competition for the right keywords and if people click but don't buy, you still have to pay. You might want to try article marketing and improving your content. Also, try adding the word buy or discount to your keywords.
