Who to offer Northern Michigan lakefront house to?

We are selling our house on Pearl Lake, which is between Traverse City and Empire, Michigan. It is a beautiful wilderness lake that is popular with kayakers and birders. Our house was built in 2002 and includes a wonderful artist studio and large workshop. It is listed with a realtor, but we have our own website to show it: http://www.northmichlakehouse.com. We've emailed paddling groups and birding groups and artist groups in the area. Any suggestions on other groups or organizations to contact? We've already tried Craigslist extensively...lots and lots of hits but no action.

Why don't you look at Interlochen Center for the Arts and pitch your idea as beneficial to the Interlochen Arts Academy or Interlochen Arts Camp as a place of retreat for the boys and girls division. I was a camper at that camp back in the day. WONDERFUL place! Interlochen also has very nice summer concerts in Kresge Auditorium. Maybe they can use another Lake.

Our boys camp side used to paddle out to Twin Birches and this wooded place called Maddie Outpost. But maybe another lake would be of interest to the camp.

very nice. just 1 correction. TC is not technically Northern Michigan ! I have 1 on Superior in Marquette, Where Northern Michigan University resides. NMU
that is northern MI.
