hosting company using my domain for advertising?

I had a website for my web design service and some how I didn't receive billing for renewal or it got by me. I am sure if it was sent more than once I would have caught it. In any case I go to the site and it is still there with a few links changed to point to the hosting company. The domain has expired now but should they be using my once web site for marketing their business? It's the same except the links have been changed and a few images removed. It even has my portfolio of sites. Just wondered what the deal is what that?

i dont think that is legal, I know it is not ethical

your domain is under parking its called domain parking
you cant control once the domain is expired or web hosting period is over.
