Marketing project for school?

I am working on my final marketing project and need help. My project is to create and market a magazine targeted towards millennials (gen-y). the magazine itself will be called either uni magazine (pronounced u-n-i for university) or iQ magazine. it will be targeted towards college students (18-26.. roughly) who want news! It will pretty much be a news magazine like your TIME, NEWSWEEK, ECONOMIST but less.Imagine a magazine with national international news, sports, music, art, etc.,but more condensed meaning the news itself will be shortened kind of like how the wall street journal has short little headliners and such.I know a lot of kids don't like to read so i wanted to create something that will keep students updated and informed about the world. It will also have editorials written by college students themselves,have short articles here and there, and great looking pictures like NAT. GEO style. recyclable paper. an ecommunity and maybe transfer over to e-ink paper later. yada yada.. you guys get the drift.My question is would you buy this? If there was a cool news magazine that was easy to read, published weekly (or bi-weekly), easily available on campus, would that be something you would be interested in? Do you guys even read magazines? What would make this magazine sound more appealing to you?
