What is the best way to get paid each time someone clicks on your website?

I have about 3 thousand hits in one year . Is google ad sense the way to go? Is there a better one ? Can you get paid per visitor?

If your traffic mainly coming from search engine, chitika is the best. My idea is, just refer your visitor to your affiliate link or membership site. This type will give you more money than adsense only.
