I have an idea for a website, primarily to be based on traffic ad revenue like google adsense and amazon purchase referrals. So, it will make its money essentially on advertising.



But, I am not a very capable site builder or internet marketer.



Also, I want to spend as absoluteltly little money as possible on this venture.

You need to find a partner who's willing to put up all the up front money, and do all the programming or pay someone to do it, in exchange for your idea.

You'll probably need to contribute more than just the idea if you want anyone to commit to it.
