all i see is red

I have copy and pasted the banner codes onto my website to promote cbtopsites and all i see is a blank red banner.
On my daughters laptop it is showing ok she is running vista, but on my pc which is running windows xp pro all i get is that annoying blank red banner, i also noticed that all i get is a small red dot where the demo of the banner is meant to be on cbtopsites, i have updated internet explorer and also tried firefox i have even updated java script and flash players but still no joy... plz help.. thanks
