Ok, So I think I am going to blog...?

I have come up with an idea for a blog but I do have questions to ask about it. I don't want to say what is is going to be about because I don't want someone to steal my idea. What or who should I ask about blogging questions. Maybe an expert can reccomend a site for info about that. I need help setting mine up and there just seems to be so much to it. Im getting confused. LOL. Help!

some tips about blogging...
1)Start blogging only if you able to up date the information or update your blog at least once in a week....

2)go for blogspot.com

3)submit your blog address to http://blogsearch.google.co.in/ping?hl=en

4) add your blog address to your email signatures.

5) put some attractive and effective contents
