Sure thing.

Cloaked clickbank ID's definitely work on the web. It is basically a redirect.

You can do it in many ways:

1) Convert your Clickbank Hoplink (affiliate URL) into a Redirect using a URL shortening service like Tiny URL, Bit.ly, Tr.im, etc...

2) If you own a website, redirects can be created from the hosting control panel.
Ex: www,yourdomain,com/chris
This URL can be redirected to any website.

3) Buy a domain and redirect it to your Clickbank Hoplink.
