I was thinking about doing affiliate marketing and someone who I know mentioned clickbank, he didn't know much?

about it I know I would have to go to the website and read about it, but could someone tell me right now how click bank pays the commissions is it monthly or bi monthly and if you are promoting more then one product those the commission from all your sales get sent to you in one check? I know I have to go to click bank and read thru the information and sign up, but could someone just answer these two questions? Thanks

You pay $49 upfront to join. You pay a monthly fee of $49. You can either set up your own website selling Clickbank products. Or you can just link to their main sites. You will be selling "weight-loss" programs online. You will be selling "people-search" programs online. You are also paid to recruit other members to their network.
You are supposed to get paid monthly. All sales go on one check. The problem is that there are so many complaints about them not paying you. They take your money quickly. But they are slow to pay. Which discourages people and they leave. There are huge numbers of complaints about the "products" which they are selling. The products do not work as advertised.

- Customer Distribution Requirement:

ClickBank will withhold payment of any account balance until the following criteria is met:

* Sales made with 5 or more different credit card numbers; and,
* Sales made with two different payment methods (either Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal). Note: PayPal purchases do not count toward the minimum 5 different credit card numbers.

This requirement is in place to help prevent Affiliates from abusing the ClickBank Affiliate program by using their accounts for the sole purpose of fraudulently collecting rebates and/or discounts on their own purchases.

Once you have met the Customer Distribution Requirement, your account will begin issuing payments normally, in accordance with Clickbank's Accounting Policy, beginning on the next payment issuing date.
