You will find a page with a small PRO join / upgrade form after paying the PRO membership fee.
This will be just like the form you find at:
http://cbtopsites.com/affiliates/

Some members are forgetting or neglecting to fill that form after paying the PRO membership fee.

Please remember that you should fill that to join or upgrade as a PRO member.
