Removed Default Tracking Id 'D'

Hello,
many of our new members are getting confused with tracking id's.
So, we are removing the default tracking id 'D', 'Forums', 'aff' etc.

So, you should find [affiliate=YourClickbankNickname] at the bottom of order forms.
